Night Shelters
Pairs of large walls of reinforced concrete are erected on each side of a street. between them, on the main horizontal level that roofs the road, an open air night siting area is proposed in front of a large computer screen. Under the level of each seat, on a parallel horizontal slab, are hidden beds. The visitor can raise the ladder that gives him access to the area after having reached the upper level. A community can use these common public rooms in order to keep living in the move. Food can be ordered from independent restaurant units and the entrance in such housing units is done through the use of a "smart card" technology. A concept of an elementary life in the Internet condition is in the background of this design.
