Aristide Antonas is a writer, artist, and architect working across philosophy, literature, and spatial practice. His work includes novels, short stories, theatre scripts, essays, and architectural projects focused on experimental domesticity. His research addresses protocols as architectural structures, the infrastructure of the domestic sphere, and the production of stability through intensified data flows, often combining text-based approaches with design methodologies informed by legislation and archaeology. Aristide has presented work internationally, including at documenta 14, the Istanbul Biennial, the Venice Biennale, the São Paulo Biennale, and the Mugak Biennial, with solo exhibitions at the Swiss Architecture Museum, the Vorarlberger Architektur Institut, and FRAC Orléans. He holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Paris X and is Professor at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste Wien, with visiting teaching appointments at the Bartlett School of Architecture, the Architectural Association, ETH Zürich, and the the GSAPP of Columbia University in New York.
