New cultures and communities are formed in parallel to the existing city. We try to understand what is getting shaped in these conditions. The State disappeared from a moment to another. The old Greek bureaucracy does not exist any more; it does not work. A representation of the “post-state” society seems urgent if we cannot get back to the state mechanisms. This will be a global condition, but we are experiencing it first in Greece, here we realize what this condition is and what it will be for all.
