The Greek Pavillion of the 9th Venice Biennial, 2004, curated by Antonas, Hari, Oraiopoulos, Xagoraris: 4 examples of "insignificant places" were proposed as interesting architectural pieces. An abandoned observatory in Cyprus, a terrain vague in Crete, a never inhabited village near Karditsa and an empty space in the center of the city of Athens were considered as 4 examples: 4 workshops were realized around the 4 places: the results of the workshops works and 4 models of them were presented on 20 tables in the Greek Pavillion for the 9th Architecture Biennale of Venice. The pavilion also was programmed as a discussion place and as the field which received selected traces of the all meetings and works.
